New Clients
Bookings
Once you’ve decided to commence coaching, it’s important you schedule a series of 8 appointments. This is to ensure you can access regular sessions, at a day and time that suits you best. Booking sessions in advance avoids disappointment. Follow up sessions are typically booked on a fortnightly (every 2 weeks) basis. Bookings can be made online or by emailing hello@angenennie.com.au
Payment
Payment is due on the day the service is provided. You may choose to receive an invoice or to store a credit card on file.
Cancellations
Please provide notice of any cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The full session fee will apply when an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Location
Shop 1, 7-9 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558
The office is located opposite Sunshine Plaza and adjacent to Rivers. On arrival, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area, where I’ll meet you at the time of your appointment. Tea and coffee is available in the kitchenette at the rear of the office. Toilets are located in the adjoining foyer.
Telehealth Appointments
If you’re not local, you’re not feeling well or you’re unable to attend an in-person appointment for any reason, you’re in luck! In addition to in-person appointments, I’m also pleased to be able to offer consults via Zoom.
Parking
No onsite parking is available. 3hr parking is available across the street at Sunshine Plaza with traffic lights providing safe transit directly to our office on foot.
Public Transport
A bus stop is conveniently located outside Sunshine Plaza on Aerodrome Road.
